I personally really liked X3's Snes OST (not the Saturn one, felt like they stripped back the rock sound there), just the whole soundtrack sounds pretty badass.

Pharaoh especially as that gets several excellent remixes - see Power Battle, see Network Transmission etc. Skull and Pharaoh Man's music is part of the reason why I adore MM4 so much.
